Responsibilities
- Work on client requirements end to end, from sourcing to offer
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills and work authorization
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and meet submission and placement goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of US IT recruiting experience (contract and full-time roles)
- Understanding of technical skills and job descriptions in software, data and cloud
- Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms
- Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to work US business hours remotely
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles
- Experience with Boolean search and sourcing tools
